Win XP Installation problem

As first sorry for bad English. As second:
I have: Soyo SY7VBA133, PIII 600MHz, 320 Mb SDRAM,HDD WD
20 Gb, GeForce II MX400 64Mb, Modem Conexant Soft 56k, CD
LG 52X, CDRW Lite-On 40X12X48X. I tried to install
Windows XP and instalation stops at 32 minutes till
end,and then nothing. The only thing i can do is to
restart my computer (not Ctrl+Alt+Del, i must press button
on case). I have been changing every part in computer
except monthboard and processor and same problem again.
What could be the problem?BIOS?(Would flashing BIOS help?)
What can I do?Give me some ideas. Did You have same
problems?
PS. Does anybody have this monthboard and XP?

Have you run the upgrade compatibility test [ It is on the
XP CD or you can also do a test at
www.pcpitstop.com ?

Remove and disconnect all un-necessary components until the
XP installation is complete, that means you only need the
motherboard, CPU, RAM, a hard drive, video card, your modem
and one CDROM.

If you are doing an upgrade instead of a clean install, here
are MS instructions for that...

If you are trying to do an upgrade and can't make it work,
you may need to do a clean install including a format of
your hard drive.

Since the installation begins, I don't think that it is a
BIOS problem, but upgrade tests will report if the BIOS is a
problem.

If you can, be sure to have an uninterruptible power supply
so that a BIOS flash does not have a power failure which
will ruin your computer. A UPS is always a good idea when
running any computer since they need continuous power.
