PC Reboots during upgrade

Hi,
Installing MS XP Pro PC reboots during installing devices
I am installing the upgrade.. I looked at MS Website.. It
has the problem listed ... Butthat driver and file is not
on this system neither is this hardware.....

Intel PIII 1GHz
512 Meg Ram
ATI Rage Pro Video Card
SB Audigy SoundCard
Adaptec SCSI Card 19160
External Zip Drive Parallel Port Zip 100
Stamps dot com Scales Serial port
Backpack CDRW Drive
LG CDRW
52x CDR
Floopy drive

Any Ideas welcome...

Physically disconnect all peripheral hardware devices, except for
your mouse and keyboard.

Ok.. Trying it now... What about monitor do I need to
disconnect it wait about an hour or so and see if it
took???

Nicholas,
I tried that with everything disconnected but Keyboard
Mouse and Monitor... It went a step further.. This time
however, And told me my ATI Rage Pro Drivers were not
compatable... Then aa short time later about 10 minutes
it rebooted again?>???
