Windows xp Home Upgrade Problem

I keep running into a Block error that says I have 2
operating systems running on my PC. I only have ME (which
came with the PC). How do I resolve this problem?

Did you purchase an OEM version or a retail upgrade version
of Windows XP? Retail versions can perform upgrades.....
OEM versions cannot.
