windows xp home on a network

this is the problem i have.....i have a cable connection
right now......i have a wired router (its a Dlink) and i
have 2 system on that network i just got a new laptop if
i buy the MN 120 will i be able to set it up on my
current network. all system here are running windows xp
home

Rich, I have no idea what a MN 120 is. As long as your router has the
capability of adding a 3rd computer then all should be able to be networked
together. I do it with a 98SE and XP desktop and a 98SE laptop just fine.

Sorry to post here but I see that you have 98/XP networked and
I'm having trouble with mine and hope you can help.

I have a XP and 98 networked. Am using a router and have cable
internet. The network works sometimes. Other times I lose the
connection and a reboot on one or both machines will fix it for
awhile.

I have netbui installed on the XP per some tech sites. The error
message usually reads \\pcname path not found

Any suggestions?
