Borrow the same type of disk and use your authorization code.
If you have a retail XP CD, borrow a retail XP CD.

If it's a retail copy and you have proof of purchase here is MS link for
replacing software:

How to Replace Lost, Broken, or Missing Microsoft Software or Hardware
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=326246

800-426-9400 to replace a CD

If it's an OEM copy you'll need to contact the vendor/computer maker you
got it from.

Or as Ron said borrow, and copy, the CD of someone who has the same
flavor: Home v Pro, OEM v Retail v Branded OEM v. Volume License, language

If it was a retail license and you have proof of purchase:

How to Replace Lost, Broken, or Missing Microsoft Software or Hardware
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;en-us;326246

If it was an OEM license, you should contact the computer's
manufacturer.
