I need to install Recovery Console. It is not on The
Installation CD under 1386\WINNT.EXE\CMDCONS where it
Should be! Can I download it from somewhere?

Hi,

It's I386\winnt32.exe /cmdcons

That's "I", as in a capital "i", not "1", and winnt32, not winnt, and the
slash is in the other direction, it's a parameter. See more detail here:
