Windows XP Home AGP Settings

Hi, I have all the latest updates for all hardware and software.
My system specs are:

Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600

QDI Advanced 10T VIA Apollo Pro 133T
Intel Celeron3 (Tualatin) 1.0GHz CPU
512MB SDRAM PC 133
MSI nVidia GeForce4 MX 4000 64MB DDR AGP 8x

I then check all the AGP settings, they are as follows:

Capability GPU Chipset OS Optimal
AGP Version 3.0 2.0 3.0 2.0
Max AGP rate 4x 4x 4x 4x
Max request queue depth 32 32 32 32
Fast writes Yes Yes Yes Yes
Sideband addressing Yes Yes Yes Yes

All looks ok, system runs great. These settings will start for anywhere from
1h or up to 3 days. Then the Fast writes under the OS will change to NO!\
I don't know why it keeps changing to no for the OS when the GPU and
Chipset clearly say they are capable to do it. I've tried just about
everything I can think of, tried searching the net, and just plain stumped!
Anyone know how to fix this OS Fastwrites problem?

I have is all enabled in the system BIOS and video card drivers. I need help
with this one. Sometimes it changes when comming back from suspend mode,
other times it changes on it's own, and yet other times it's fine for days or
weeks.

Update these to latest versions:
- Motherboard/chipset driver
- System BIOS

and try not to overclock anything...

As I said in the first post....I have all the latest BIOS and software
updates done...nothing is overclocked at all...all settings for fastwrites
are on...system runs great for anywhere from 1hour to weeks at full
speed...then when I check the AGP settings (sometimes I check them to see if
anything changes) and sure enough...the one under the OS changes to NO...and
I get screen flicker in DirectX apps and games! What is up with the OS
changing the setting all the time?
