Windows XP Home Activation & Update

Hi all my windows xp acctivation & windows update wont
connect to the servers neither will msn messenger yet my
internet is working fine i just updated to a Leadtek, Win
Fast K7 NCR18GM motherboard with built in NIC and i am
not sure if this is the case or not.

all i am able to find out so far is that the NIC is an
nForce2 NIC Adapter but i dont think this is the real
name of the card as the motherboard disk calls it a 3COM
one if anyone can help please email me @
