Windows XP English Interface to Spanish Interface

I've installed windows xp english version but would like
to change my menu options as well as the whole operating
system to spanish version. What do I need to do for this.

Purchase and clean install a full Spanish version of Windows XP.

Check out the Windows Multilingual User Interface packages. I don't know
whether you can buy single languages or you have to buy the whole set.

Alternatively you can just install Spanish Windows XP.
