I bought a neat product for my 10-year-old to make
spelling study less boring. DO I HAVE TO RETURN IT ALL?
:>( He likes it and it would really help.

I get two different error messages when attempting to
download from leapfrog's site to a connector device with
cartridge called Mind Station. Here's what they say:
---------------------------------------------------------
Visual C++ 6.0 Redistribution Pack Error loading
W95INF32.DLL

An installation support file C:\Docume ~/\MaryJo\Locals~/\
Temp\{8D16BF2D-4C35-4E6B-AB35-2FF6B14860311}\isrt.dll
The system cannot find the path specified.
----------------------------------------------------------
That's it. The manufacturer of the spelling/educational
software, told me that the problem is in my
Windows.PLEEEASE, knowledgeable soul out there, can you
help? What can I do?

Note: I have Symantec Firewall, Anti-Virus, System
Maintenance, etc. I WAS TOLD TO TURN Firewall OFF to
download. I have had trouble getting disk doctor to run
and plan to contact Symantec regarding that.

Is the product WinXP-compatible?

Try disabling your anti-virus application prior to downloading/installing.
Note: You may have to first Uninstall it via Add/Remove Programs.

If your anti-virus application and firewall are both disabled, you should
*not* have any other processes running/open (e.g., IE, OE, OL).
