Windows XP boot screen

Im looking for a way to edit the script for when you start your computer and
you see the Windows XP Pro screen on bootup. I want to change that image to
my own personal picture.

There are third party "tools" that may be able to do this - But don't even
bother - what is the point of changing that screen for the few seconds it is
on screen?.
Also changing it is unlikely to survive a Service Pack or any number of
patches we may distribute.
