About WindowsXP boots

ok, what i have observed about windows xp HOME and PRO bootup is this:

u see, if windows xp bootup at the BOOT SCREEN is fast, then the
desktop will be loading seriously slow...

on the other hand, if the bootup at BOOT SCREEN takes a long time, the
desktop will be time-saving, it loads everything as immediately ..

just to ask if anyone noticed this before? cuz im using windows XP
HOME, with User Profile Hive Cleanup service and i had this inference
that it's the way windows xp is designed to load its stuffs?

No. On a well-maintained machine with good hardware - Pro or Home - the
bootup will be fairly fast. XP does a little psychological trick of
getting you to the desktop before everything is fully loaded to give
the illusion that bootup is like lightening. But this has nothing to do
with the version of XP being used and everything to do with how much
stuff you have set to start with Windows.
