Windows XP autorun won't stop

Whenever I pop in a cd, autorun starts, but I
selected "Take No Action" and checked off the box for it
to do that every time, but the !@%$#@ box pops up every
time I insert a blank cd anyway. Anyone know about this
and/or how to fix it?
