How to add custom autorun item to blank CD

K

kimiraikkonen

I want to ask how can i remove or add custom actions when i put a
blank CD-R into my drive, which comes up everytime i insert it because
of autorun.

For example, there are 3 items of actions when i insert autorun, some
3rd party utilities can acquire into autorun dialog box, but how can i
or which registry tweak should i do to modify?

Thanks...

The custom actions you're referring to are called AutoPlay Handlers. I don't
know how to remove the standard versions but there is a utility called TweakUI
that will allow you to add\edit\remove custom handlers.

If you don't have TweakUI installed, it can be downloaded from this link:

Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

In TweakUI, the feature you're looking for is found under My Computer > AutoPlay
Handlers.

Good Luck!
