Windows won't start after removing USB

Hello,

My laptop (samsung) was stuck, so I hold down the power button until i
shut down. But I left my USB stick in it, and now when I try to boot. I
won't start windows, even when I've removed my usb stick. I hat thi
problem before, but I don't remember how to solve it. Please help!

I use windows vista home premium

1st thing to do is seee if it will start in SafeMode:
To get into Safe mode, tap F8 right at Power On / Startup, and use UP arrow
key to get to Safe Mode from list of options, then hit ENTER.

If it won't, either use your Microsoft Vista DVD, NOT recovery Dell, HP, etc
disks, to do Startup Repair option.

Or download, and make a bootable Vista Recovery Repair disk from this site:
