Windows won't load

Hi all,
I turned on my pc this morning and I got a message

"Windows could not start because of an error in the
software. Please report this problem as: load needed
DLL's for kernel. Please contact your support person to
report this problem."

Any ideas on how to fix this without reloading windows?

Any help is appreciated.

You should try fixing this by booting from the Windows CD and running a
Repair operation. At this point, you need not re-install Windows.
