I opened an email and my computer froze. So I rebooted
it, but now it will not load up, and keeps resetting
itself back to the beginning (i.e when you first turn
your computer on). I have tried all the safe modes, etc
etc but cannot get windows to load.
I am pretty sure it is a virus, but have no disks or
anything, so what can I do?? Suggestion, and plenty of
them, please.
Thanks

You tried Safe Mode and I assume your statement means you've tried all the
other menu options.

If you have no disks, what do you have? Without any disks, you're dead in
the water. If your system has a recovery routine, I would assume it would
at least have a recovery partition. You need to check your documentation or
the system's manufacturer tech support as reloading the system would seem to
be the only option at this point. Aside from that, you might consider
purchasing a copy of XP and installing it. At least then, you'd be prepared
for this type of issue in the future. At the moment, from what you've
posted, you have no tools and no options.
