Windows will not start in safe mode w/ or w/ out networking?

I uninstalled my McAfee software, which need to fully be removed via safe
mode w/ networking. I get the blue scrren of death telling me to do dsk chk,
which I did, to no avail. Any sugestions?

Try to Press F8 till you get the Boot options and select last Good Known
Configuration and see if that will will take you to the Desktop or safe Mode
and troubleshoot from there.

I tried the repair procedure, it keeps asking for administrator password.
There is none, I never set one up?
