I just bought a laptop with windows vista for my daughter. She needs to
print off a document she did in microsoft office. She transferred it to our
home computer, windows xp, and it shows up as a bunch of squares. Help! As
you can probably tell I don't know much about computers and she needs this
for school tomorrow.

I work at a University and we see this a lot. Is she using Microsoft Office
2007? I am asking because if you are on an older version ie: Microsoft Office
2003 then she will have to save it as such before sending it to your computer
in order for you to view and print it.
