When I use windows help the program will SHOW ONLY BROKEN LINKS TO ANY
PICTURES USED (caps used to point significant information). This is more of
an annoyance than annything, but for those of you who like for their machines
to be pristine you know why this is an impotant task for me to fix. I have
had the computer (information listed below) since March and have not noticed
the problem until recently. I do not believe however that it is a problem
from after market program installation's. I am currently in Iraq and the
programs i have installed are all working perfectly (except apple's iTunes).
I have performed no actions to remedy the situation and will await an answer
to explore the possible problems. Any suggested actions to adjust the
problem will be greatly appreciated

My computer is an Alienware M9700
Windows Vista Ultimat 32-bit

This happens if the "Content Type" setting for .PNG file types is broken. Download a REG file from Daniel Martin's site here:

http://winvista.mvps.org/Ficheros/PNG.reg

Download and save it to Desktop. Right-click on the file and choose Merge.
