Since I can't seem to get my system to update windows using there web site,
where can I find these files to download individually?
Thanks

Thanks Nicholas, I did not even think of checking with Cox. Very
interesting though!

Windows Updates can only be obtained by accessing the Windows
Update web site. If Cox is your ISP, please review the following:

Read this recent message from Cox High Speed Internet Service:

"We are experiencing issues with downloading and installing updates from
Microsoft's Windows Update mirror sites. Our network engineers are
aware of this situation, and are attempting to isolate, and resolve the
problem. Currently, there is no ETA on when normal service will be
restored. We apologize for any inconvenience you have been experiencing
due to this issue. For future reference, you can check the status of
our network at anytime by going to http://status.cox.net/ "

Problems with Windows Update should be addressed to the
experts in the Windows Update newsgroup. Many solutions
to Windows Update issues are posted in that newsgroup.
