Windows Updates offline

This might be in the wrong place but it seemed to be the
most apprpriate I could find, but I have a computer
running Xp pro that I want to update, but the problem is
it doesn't have internet access. I tried to do it by
going to windowsupdate.com but I couldn't find were the
updates were downloaded to. please help email me if you
have a solution please. (e-mail address removed)
