I just started getting the following message when trying
to update windows xp:
"Thank you for your interest in Windows Update

Windows Update is the online extension of Windows that
helps you get the most out of your computer.

You must be running a Microsoft Windows operating system
in order to use Windows Update."

Any suggestions? Thanks

Are you using Internet Explorer to access W.U.? If not, try that.

Try HELP & SUPPORT. Click at the right on "keep your computer up to date..."
