windows update

what the hell has happened to Windows update???? I have two computers and
cannot do updates on either one....i have been to Kellys
Korner, Microsoft....installed the new vb script, etc., etc..nothing
works....i understand Microsoft made some changes in their windows update
page.....shouldn't they send out a "fix" or something???? i need
help..thought i knew my way around but feel helpless with this problem.
Hope someone out there can help...it would be much appreciated..thanks in
advance....Gene

Have you ever done any downloads before, are you receiving any error
messages, if so what are they, verbatim? What have you tried on my site,
the options under Why can't I download updates?
