windows update reinstalling critical update KB828026 daily...why??

Why do I get the little Globe Icon daily stating there's a new critical update (KB828026) to install??? This is starting to drive me nuts!!!

Hi,
I installed the Hotfix and when I scan for updates through Windows Update it tells me that the same update is still available!! What's going on???
