Windows Update keeps wanting to install the same update.

My laptop has downloaded an update from the Windows Update site.
The name is:
MSXML 4.0 SP2 Security update (KB927978)
I have tried to install the update several times but it just keeps on
popping up in the taskbar. Anybody know of this problem
