Windows Title Bar colours

I can't seem to get the colours to fade on each windows title. I've chosen 2
colours in the Appearance settings, but it stays with the "silver" theme
look.

Any ideas?

I think it's a teaser. The components appear to be configurable when using
the XP themes but do not show up unless you switch to the Classic look.

Oh good. I thought I'd messed up somewhere. I don't mind it not working, as
long as I know why!
