Colours

Hi. Can anyone tell me how to change the colour of the task bar to
black? I can get it to turn blue, silver and green via the display
properties, but is it possible to have it black?
If it is, can i also change the colour of window title bars to black,
as well as the pane down the left hand side of folder windows (where
file and folder tasks, other places, details etc is)?
As you have probably guessed, I am trying to get a totally black theme
on my computer. Thanks Steve.

Steve, try rt clicking Desktop>select Properties>Appearance>Under Windows
and Buttons choose Classic Style and
under Color Scheme choose High Contrast Black
