When i hit CTRL+ALT+DEL the windows task manager pops up without the tabs or
the top of the box bar to (min, max or close) I downloaded a Microsoft Update
last week and wonder if that had anything to do with it. I have looked online
for an update for this issue and found nothing. Any help greatly appreciated.
