For some reason, I can no longer get my Task Manager window to fully
display. When I call it up (Ctrl-Alt-Del), all I get is the "inner"
window -- the part without the outer border, menu bar, and the tabs at the
top (for Processes, Performance, Networking, etc.) All I get is the
"detail" window showing the running "Applications". I've rebooted several
times, but I can't figure out what has corrupted the Task Manager, or what
to do to restore it to its normal appearance.
Is there another way to call up Task Manager, other than Ctrl-Alt-Del, so I
can see if that's the problem? Why in the world would an application start
*without* its contextual window information (i.e., the title bar, menu bar,
outer tabs, etc.)???
