task manager

for the past couple of weeks my task manager has seemed to half way
disappeared...the menus, tabs, and other features of this program don't
appear...when I press ctrl+alt+del task manager pops up but without even a
window border just the list of processes and the end task button...wondering
if someone might have an idea suggestion or rudder with which to steer me in

Try double clicking close to the edge of the Task Manager, the tabs and all should reappear. You in a small foot print view or something like that.
