Windows System Assessment Tool Has stopped working Error?

Hi, I am a tech, this is my first time installing Vista Home Basic, The
Windows System Assessment Tool, will NOT finish, it ERRORS out at randome
places, and says that it can not send the error report for and unknown
reason, i've lookd and lookd on here and around the web for some help, and
havent found any at all. is there a prob with thw WinSAT tool for Vista Home
Basic? All in all it just has my system score at 1.0, but it says to update
it because of a hardware change (drivers). But i cant update it..

Any Help at all would be nice.

have u logged in yet? if u haven't go to safe mode and login then restart
and u should be able to get in to your computer, then run the test from
control panel

I'm having the same problem, but running Vista Business. What do you do when
you go into safe mode?
