Windows Sync Center

Hi,

I have installed Vista Business on my pc and everytime i connect my i-mate
pda2k to the pc i get the Autoplay box appear asking me if i want to either
"Sync digital media files to this device" "Open device to view files" Or
"Import Pictures". Now from what i have read about Vista, it appears that it
does away with ActiveSync, how can i sync my PDA with vista if it does not
give me the option even in the control panel (which will only allow me to
sync OFFLINE FILES) , Any help would be great thank you

I've seen this mentioned on several Microsoft pages;

Microsoft® Windows® Vista Professional

I know that it means the Business version.
But, you'd think think that by now the naming
would consistent. Also, it's "Home Premium",
not just "Premium".

Windows Mobile Device Center Beta is available for the following versions of Microsoft Windows
Vista RC1 or later.

· Microsoft® Windows® Vista Ultimate (x86 and 64-bit)
· Microsoft® Windows® Vista Professional (x86 and 64-bit)
· Microsoft® Windows® Vista Premium (x86 and 64-bit)
· Microsoft® Windows® Vista Server (x86 and 64-bit)
· Microsoft® Windows® Vista Home (x86 and 64-bit)
· Microsoft® Outlook® XP, and Microsoft® Outlook® 2003 messaging and collaboration clients
· Microsoft® Office XP
· Microsoft® Office 2003

No it isn't build in Vista but a separate install you have to download from
Mobile divices first.
there are different versions for 32 and 64 bit (and Intel or AMD).
