It shouldn't keep starting in Safe Mode, it should come to a menu giving you
an option and then continuing with the default option after 30 seconds if
you don't choose. One possible exception to this would be if you used
MsConfig to tell Windows to start in Safe Mode. Go to Start|Run (Window Key
+ R), type in MsConfig, and click Ok. See what options have been selected.
If this doesn't solve the problem, you'll need to take this up in the
newsgroup for your version of Windows. This group is for the Access Database
program.
