Windows start up

Hello
I just had to put a new mother board and power supply in an emachine t2895 I
started the computer and went into cmos and saw that it showed the harddrive
on ide 1 and then I exited and saved when windows starts to boot up it gets
to the option screen start windows normally. I select start normally and the
computer comes right back to that screen. I have tried to boot to a command
prompt and safe mode & it keeps coming back to the options screen.
Hope you can help.

Hi

With a new mobo, you need to perform a 'Repair' install of XP.
