Windows SP2 and ATI driver issue

I have an Amd 2400 XP + processor and an ATI 128mb radeon
9600 pro and ever since I installed Sp2, the computer
randomly crashes and gets several errrors with it. I
cannot run any games that require any type of rendering
whether it be open GL or Direct x. Any help with this
issue would be great.

Have you tried reinstalling the graphics card with the latest ATI drivers?
