I just got my comp back from being worked on, and it is still shutting down.
It then reboots immediately, and i get the same message. I would like to be
able to tell comp techs what is wrong with it since they havent found the
problem. Thanks. The message is as follows..and its always both of them.
C:\Docume ~1\user ~1\Locals ~1\Temp\WER6c49.dir00\mini062207-01.dmp
C:\Docume ~1\user ~1\Locals ~1\Temp\WER6c49.dir00\sysdata.xml

any help would be appreciated..and yes, i just got this back maybe 3 hours
ago, i have only installed Everquest and they reinstalled windows.

If the problem was present before installing Everquest, take it back and have them
repair it to it's proper functionality without paying another red cent. If it
happened after your install of Everquest you could try:
