PC shuts down w/out warning

our PC continues to shut down after about 20 minutes of use. Because it does
this constantly, I am not able to run the spy-ware r anti-virus programs
because it shuts down during the process. This occurs more frequently when
you accessing the internet. When the PC tries to communicate to MSFT the
error message contains the following code (as shown below):

I think the first error message has to do with Service Pack 2.0 Could not
locate the second set of error messages in the file as shown and search does
not find them either.
Can anyone offer some advice.
