Computer Lock Up

I have a computer that periodically will lock up and give the following
message,

"Error Signature:
BCCode : 82 BCP1 : F755B2E0 BCP2 : F75554C2 BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

The following files will be included in this error report:

C:\DOCUME~1\gjad\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER43f3.dir00\sysdata.xml"

I have no clue on how to troubleshoot this error. Any help would be
appreciated.

I can't help you out alot but it seems you have trouble in the "Distributed
File System"
