Windows Security

I hope that this is the correct forum for this question.

When I'm in Windows mail, I occasionally get a popup that is titled "Windows
Security".
It asks for my User name and password.
It also has a checkbox to "remember" this information.
I've checked the box and I keep getting this popup.
Can someone explain why this keeps happening?

It's not, this forum is for user level security in MS Access, the database
product.
