Windows Security Centre - cannot access.

When I try to access Windows Security Centre I get the error message: "An
exception occurred while trying to run
"C:\Windows\system32\shell.dll,Control_RunDLL"
"C:\Windows\system32\wscui.cpl",System".

How do I sort this out?

Hi,

Copy a new wscui.cpl, click start/run, type cmd and click ok. From the
prompt, run:

copy /y C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\I386\wscui.exe C:\Windows\system32
