Windows restart issue

Hi all,
When I click on restart, it just shut down and I have to restart it
manually.
I would appreciate any help in this regard.

Hello Rami,
I had the same problem with windows ME. The problem is that windows is to
quik with shutting down before it closed all his programs. I don't remember
anymore where i downloaded it ,but there is a tool you can download from "I
think the microsoft home page" that will delay the shutting down proces whit
a few seconds.
