Windows Reboots

CPU:AMD XP 3000 RAM: 512 Video card: Radion 3000
OS XP PRO. Connection: Cable
When I go to play a video on the internet my computer
freezes and restarts can someone give me some hints ?

go to control panel then administrative tools then event
viewer click on system. rember the time it happend look
for that time and click on it read it and post the error
code

I have tried everything including reinstalling WMP9 it

still reboots windowsxp if I try to use it
