Windows pop up box

When trying to download pictures from my digital camera
the windows pop up box asking what i want to do such as
copy to folder or print pictures is not coming up could
zone alarm firewall be blocking it. I have tried with
another digital camera and the box still wont come up

This is the "autorun" feature for your camera. There are two possible
things that cause that to appear in the first place. One would be
Windows and the other would be the software for your camera. To enable
this again, try connecting the camera to the computer, right click on
the removeable drive, click Properties, and set the autorun to display
that message. If it was your software that used to do this, try
uninstalling and reinstalling it.
