problems downloading photos from camera

When trying to download pictures from my digital camera
the windows pop up box asking what i want to do such as
copy to folder or print pictures is not coming up could
zone alarm firewall be blocking it. I have tried with
another digital camera and the box still wont come up

I had same problem after running SP2 on XP. Someone told me it is a conflict
with "real Player". I uninstalled "real player" and my problems were solved.
