Windows Picture and Fax Viewer

I can't find how to launch Windows picture and fax viewer in XP Home Edition.
I know it's there because some time when you click an e-mail picture it opens.

Help will be appreciated

To launch it just double click on the first photo file (or nay photo file)
in a folder. Photo will automatically open with it, unless you changed the
option to something else.
