Windows picture and Fax Viewer Stripping photo's from E-Mail

I have been sending photo's as attachments for a long time with no problems.
For some reason they are not going thru now. Recipiant says files never load
and says something about MGI photo suite. If I check my sent folder it shows
the pictures just as I allways see them and as they usually are recieved. I
had them send them back and all I see is <<DSC00156>>
I have also seen a little bar come up that says OE removed unsafe files etc.
but it looks like they went out because its there in the sent folder and can
be seen.
