When I click a link on a web page the window it opens is only about 2 x 2
inches in size. How do I make it automatically fill the whole screen?

Thanks

Hi Pressy,

If this problem happens to all the links (not a Javascript link), try this:

1. Open a link.
2. Don't use the maximize button.
3. Stretch the corners so that the window fills the screen.
4. Close all other IE windows.
5. Close the stretched window last.

However, the above procedure is not equivalent to SHOWMAXIMIZED API call. Try "IE New Window maximizer" utility, download from: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=1746
(Uses Windows API call and automatically maximizes every browser window you open)

To reset the Internet Explorer Windows position to defaults, run this REG file.

If this occurs again, try the following: After doing the stretch to screen
corners (or wanted size) hold Shift and ctrl keys down simultaneously while
clicking on the X in upper-right. I find that this is sometimes necessary.
