I am using the Options tab to slow the speed of my movie. It does not seem
to work. What am I doing wrong?? I have tried also to adjust the transition
speed. It just goes faster.

================================
Changing the duration only applies to
transitions and pictures that are added
to the timeline after the change is made.

For adjusting the speed of a video...
Have a look at the following message
previously contributed by Rehan:

custom speed effect

or.....
http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.windowsxp.moviemaker/msg/3c5a97914d475901?hl=en&

Or......

You can half or double the speed using
the "Speed Up, Double" or "Slow Down,
Half" Video Effects.

You can add up to 6 instances of either effect.

Right click the Clip on the Timeline.

Choose...Video Effects.

Select the Effect you require.

Click...Add
