Windows Mobile Device Center Release?

Does anyone have any information on when Windows Mobile Device Center
will be released? The beta 3 that's currently posted on
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/devicecenter.mspx is, well,
very beta. (It synchronizes with my phone exactly once on each
reboot, and then fails every time thereafter until I restart my
machine. Lovely.) I've seen other messages that indicate that the
released version was supposed to be posted at the same time that Vista
went on sales, but that's happened now, and the aging Beta 3 is still
up on the site. Anybody have any other information?
